Maybe

So, I was thinking how a lot of people, not in my generation, say that people in my generation don't understand the concept of working your way up and that you have to start on the bottom....you know what I'm talking about. I agree, a lot of them don't, a lot of them feel like they can just go to the top and they are not qualified to do so. However, I feel a lot of people in my generation are capable of taking on greater challenges. I'm so unbeleivably bored doing desk work and data entry and phones-I'm capable of so much more! I'm not saying put me in charge but I don't need 5 years experience to do something-I'm a fast learner, throw me in the lion pit-I want to go! Could this be because my generation was brought up in a school system and a work environment with tougher requirements, more technology and greater advancements and overall knowledge than others? Just a theory-maybe we are capable of more than they think.
